com:ever since I was a kid and a friends father let me hop on an old Ferguson 35 diesel and let me ted and rake fields for the weekend I've been hooked on old iron. just wish I could make a living at it. my friends think I'm nuts because I'll still go to my friends farm on the weekends in the summer with an old McCormick Deering w-6 I bought and fixed up just to give her a workout during haying season. hell of a way to spend my free time but I love it and I can't help but feel that old tractor I pulled out of a shed and resurrected and put back to work doing what she was designed to do loves it too. she always seems to slip right into high gear and perk right up when we pull out of the drive and head the 9 miles to the farm. glad to see others putting these old red girls to work.
